Stephen C. Bieneman is President and Chairman of Compass Capital Corporation. Over his 35 years in business, Mr. Bieneman has financed over $5 billion of equipment and managed all integral parts of an equipment leasing organization. Prior to founding Compass, Mr. Bieneman was founder, President and Chairman of Pegasus Capital Corporation from 1988 to 1990. During that time, Pegasus became a leading operating lessor of commercial aircraft, financing over 60 commercial jet transports with a combined value in excess of $1 billion. From 1979 to 1988, Mr. Bieneman was a Senior Vice President of CIS Corporation in charge of all capital equipment leasing activities. He built a fully integrated division of 70 professionals in marketing, remarketing, finance, and administration during that 10-year period. Mr. Bieneman was with Itel Corporation from 1973-1979 as Vice President General Manager of the Equipment Finance Division with responsibilities for capital equipment lessee and lessor marketing. Mr. Bieneman has an A.B. degree from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business.

Mark S. Maymar is Executive Vice President of Compass Capital Corporation. From 1988-1990, Mr. Maymar was Executive Vice President and a founder of Pegasus Capital Corporation. At Pegasus, Mr. Maymar structured financings for equipment acquisition, managed the company's dedicated commercial aircraft public fund activity, and acquired leased assets and portfolios from other institutional lessors. He has financed over $2.5 billion of equipment, with over $1.5 billion being commercial jet transports. Prior to founding Pegasus, he was Vice President--Transportation with CIS Corporation from 1982-1988. In this capacity he managed domestic and international aircraft marketing, aircraft finance activities, and surface transportation marketing. From 1979-1982, Mr. Maymar worked in corporate lending and leveraged lease activities at Union Bank of California. Mr. Maymar received an A.B. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ben J. Assaf is Executive Vice President of Compass Capital Corporation. From 1990-1991 Mr. Assaf was Vice President at Pegasus Capital Corporation. At Pegasus, he was responsible for originating and syndicating portfolio transactions. Prior to Pegasus, Mr. Assaf was Vice President at Continental Bank (1989-1990), Director of Marketing at CIS (1986-1989) and Assistant Vice President at Citibank (1981-1986). Mr. Assaf has completed portfolio acquisitions in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Assaf has a B.S. degree from Babson College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
