Since 1991, Compass has managed and remarketed over 140 commercial aircraft and 25 aircraft engines, with a combined total original equipment cost exceeding $2,000,000,000. Compass currently owns or manages 30 commercial aircraft flown by major airlines throughout the world. In addition to its own portfolio, Compass actively manages and remarkets commercial aircraft and engine investments on behalf of third party institutional investors.

Compass transacts business directly with a large number of end-users and financial institutions, including many of the major airlines of the world. Compass is well known within its target market and the principals of the company have been engaged in the same or similar businesses over careers which encompass more than 25 years. The Company maintains direct relationships with potential customers through its marketing personnel, each of whom has extensive experience in leasing and equipment finance. The Company has internal resources to evaluate equipment and market risk and is currently seeking to expand its resources to improve upon its ability to respond quickly to opportunities and to raise required financing.
